The Invitation

A Different Way to End the Month

The Practice is an opportunity to reset, reconnect, and intentionally step into the month ahead.

We'll spend the morning outdoors sharpening one another through boxing, reflecting on the month behind us, and adding a few practical tools to our belt as we prepare for what's ahead.

No boxing experience necessary.
Just come willing to show up.

The Morning

What We'll Do

Boxing

Challenge yourself in a supportive environment while learning practical boxing skills.

Nature

Step away from the noise and reconnect outdoors.

Breathwork

Simple breathing practices to help regulate your nervous system and become more present.

Brotherhood

Spend time with other good men who value growth, challenge, and genuine connection.

The Rhythm

A Monthly Rhythm

Most men have goals.

Every man needs an aim.

Without one, it's easy to spend our days reacting to whatever demands our attention.

The Practice creates space to pause.

Each month we'll reflect on where we've been, reconnect with where we're going, and leave with a clear aim for the month ahead.

Between gatherings, you'll be invited into a private WhatsApp group with the other men. I'll share a simple weekly check-in, and you're invited to post an update on what you're working toward, what's going well, and where you may need to adjust.

No one is there to chase you down or hold your hand. The intention is to create a simple rhythm that helps each of us stay connected to what we said matters.

Why the weekly check-in?

In a goal-setting study led by Gail Matthews at Dominican University of California, 76% of participants who wrote down their goals and action commitments, shared them with a friend, and sent weekly progress reports either accomplished their goals or were at least halfway toward achieving them.

The point isn't for someone else to hold you accountable.
It's to create a rhythm that makes it easier to hold yourself accountable.

"People do not rise to the level of their goals. They fall to the level of their systems."
